The long-awaited premiere of new episodes of “Stranger Things” in May on Netflix. What more will we see next month? Here is the initial list of titles.
As always, in the initial lists, we have to take into account a few variables, because Netflix informs about some titles only at the last minute – by announcing them or disclosing the release date. As a result, the titles described below are mostly for sure, but some may not be available on Netflix in May or will be available on a different date. What’s more, even if Netflix officially announces the premiere of a given title, it sometimes happens that it is not added, so keep that in mind.
New Netflix movies and series in May
The most important premiere of May will probably be the 1st part of the 4th season of “Stranger Things”. Following the example of other titles, Netflix has split the new series in half, so we will only see some episodes at the end of May, and the rest will appear on the platform. Winona Ryder, David Harbor, Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Noah Schnapp are returning to their roles. The trailer of the new series shows that it will be something completely different than the current intimate story about kids from a small American town. International intrigue, a new monster and real war – this will be the 4th season of “Stranger Things”.
Fans of “Lupine” will surely pay attention to the new movie “Nieobliczalni 2” with Omar Sy. In the film, we follow the fate of two policemen who developed their careers in a completely different way. However, they will join forces on one investigation that will take them as far as the Alps. The drug deal is only the beginning of the investigation they will lead. Another interesting production is the series “Clark” with Bill Skarsgård in the lead role. He played Clark Olofsson – a Swedish criminal. He became famous for his bank robberies and it was with him that the saying “Stockholm Syndrome” was coined. Netflix also took advantage of the well-known title “The Lincoln Lawyer” naming its new series based on the books of Michael Connelly. In May, there will also be animations: “Vampire in the garden” and “Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045”.
